I think the appropriate question for this page is: Who the fuck are you?

Well, as you could of have guessed, I’m Florian. I was born in Brussels, and currently live in the UK, in a small town in greater London.

Work?

Well, I’m lazy and a very good procrastinator. So there is only little work being done, but if I work, it’s for Flosoft.biz.

I’m the CTO and Co-Founder of Flosoft.biz which mainly focuses on Web solutions. It’s the company that makes this blog possible.

Hobbies?

My hobbies are radio broadcasting, mixing music, video editing and simply photo editing. I might get started on 3D animation some day.

And then there’s the normal stuff you do as a young person:Going out, Partying, etc… Problem is I need to import good Belgian beer to the UK, as there aren’t many good UK beers.

XMPP

I’m a big fan of XMPP. I spend most of my time bugging developers with my ideas which I am unable to code. Sorry bout that guys :p . I’m also a Member of the XSF since July 2007, and have started some XMPP related sites like JabberForum.org. I try to help out the XSF Infrastructure Team with my experience of administering servers, which resulted in me installing Hermes on a 3G connection in the Thalys from Brussels to Paris. I realized that VNC actually requires a lot of bandwidth, which is a problem on a Mobile Connection.
